We are currently the only Care Home Group within the United Kingdom to have implemented a fully integrated ISO Management system to ensure our systems, procedures and practices meet the highest standards in business policies, environmental practices, health & safety and Data Security. In addition we hold the highest level Gold standard for end of life care in our Nursing home and our kitchens and food preparation in all of our homes have 5 star ratings for food quality and hygiene regulations.
ISO 27001-Data Security that protects Residents and Staff personal data.
We have recently been awarded the ISO 27001-2022 certification for our Policies, Procedures and working practices in ensuring our Residents and Staff personal data are protected from being breached and remain secure. All our staff receive regular training in confidentiality and data security with regular monitoring and auditing that ensures our high levels of data security are maintained.

Gold Standard Framework: For the end of Life Care
The GSF standard was set up by the Government in 2004 with the aim of ensuring people approaching the end of life, live well before they die and die well in the place and manner they choose.
In 2018 Linden Nursing home was upgraded from Gold to Platinum status accreditation for end of life care as a recognition for our long-term continuing excellence in care and compassion at this difficult time for all involved.

Food Hygiene Rating: 5 in all three Homes
All three Care homes have been independently audited by the food standards agency and have been awarded the highest level 5 at each home for hygienic food handling, cleanliness and condition of facilities and building and the management of food safety.
This is a reflection of the high standards of excellence we set ourselves in providing our Residents and staff with food that has been prepared on-site at each home.
