As part of our dedication to maintaining these high standards, we have added a new role to our Senior Management Team in order to support our efforts in ensuring compliance in all areas.
The role is Quality Assurance & Governance Manager, supporting all aspects of our service to adhere to regulatory requirements, industry standards and quality protocols.
Sam was the ideal choice for this role having spent several years as a Deputy Manager in a Care environment and having several relevant qualifications including a BSC (Hons), Post Graduate Certificate in Education and NVQ level 5 in Leadership Management.
Her experience of understanding and working to our systems and practices with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and Quality Management principles will assist her be successful in her new role.
