Review: Linden Lodge Nursing Home is not just a care home, it’s a true home for every resident, relative and employee. The moment you enter Linden Lodge it is clearly evident to see and feel the genuine welcome, caring attitudes and professional standards of all its employees. This transcends right through into the very hearts of each and every resident giving them a real sense of security, well-being, contentment and happiness. It’s wonderful to see the consistently high standards of care given by each and every department and their pride is evident. For the relatives to see their loved ones at home in this location is wonderful but equally the welcome that we get makes us feel at home too. This is invaluable for everyone and humbling, thank you.

Linden Grange-This care home is wonderful! The staff from the manager to the catering staff never fail to deliver first-class care. My mum loves the staff and her life there. There’s a range of activities where all are encouraged to participate. The food and cleanliness of the home is first-class. The activities coordinator works hard to give the residents a variety of experiences, both within and outside the home. Even small concerns are treated with kindness and honesty. The open door policy of the manager, deputy and senior staff is obvious and even residents families are encouraged to join in activities and be a part of this “big family”. My mum has been here 4 years and never once have I had a concern for her wellbeing or care. For me, it’s a truly wonderful care home. The respect and dignity with which Mum is treated that means the world to me. I don’t have to worry about her and that’s such a relief. A huge thank you to each and every staff member.

My Mom has been a resident at Linden Lodge for 3 years.
She always says how everyone looks after her really well and how happy she is there.
My family and I also find everyone very friendly and happy to chat with you, and you can see by the way they treat Mom and other residents that they really are dedicated.
If the home has any concerns regarding Mom, they either contact me by phone if urgent or will speak to me when I visit, If I have any concerns I can do the same. I am very grateful that when Mom decided that she felt she was no longer able to live independently and decided to go into care we were lucky enough to find Linden Lodge. It has beautiful grounds, and everywhere is well maintained.
Every member of staff there makes Mom feel happy and cared for and I wouldn’t wish for her to be anywhere else.
It takes a huge amount of pressure off me knowing she is well cared for and safe but most of all she’s happy.

I visited 5 care facilities prior to contacting Linden Grange, when looking for a suitable place for Mum to live, where she would be happy, looked after and cared for.

I arranged to visit Linden Grange where the Home Manager Julie and her Team spent time listening to me on what mum needed, or at least what I thought she needed as I was her primary carer before the hospital stay

When I entered Linden Grange at Hartshill in Nuneaton, it felt calm and serene and instantly you could see from the public areas the residents were very well cared for and in fact loved.

Now 4 months later my mum is thriving there, sleeping and eating well (even put on 3 lb) and showering regularly with some encouragement from the staff, She has her hair regularly done, now eats breakfast, lunch and dinner in the dining room interacting with both residents and staff.

She is happy, safe with Julie and the team looking after her as if she is one of their family.

We get updates with videos and photos and it is amazing to hear and see Mum laughing, the staff find her hilarious with her quick- witted comebacks and infectious personality which is back in full force due to the love and care she receives.

She looks the best she has looked in years
From Julie to the cleaners, cooks, staff and even the lovely handyman, the staff are all exceptional.

We wouldn’t leave our mum with just anyone and as a family we just wish to say “you are all amazing” – THANK YOU!

I wish to thank all the Staff at Linden Lodge Residential Home for making my Mothers 90th Birthday Party so Special.

The party was held in the lounge and included all the other Residents, my Mothers grandchildren, great grandchildren,family members and friends. We were spoilt with a fabulous Afternoon tea, celebrating with singing and lots of fun.

Special mention to Dawn the activity co-ordinator for her kind,thoughtful, bubbly personality and for the encouragement and stimulation she gives to the Residents.

We as always, were made to feel so welcome and included and to see my Mother join in and constantly laugh was priceless. Staff even came in on their day off.

Our family feel so lucky and grateful to have found such a wonderful caring home for our Mother.
